The most common issues are browser-related - Here are some technical troubleshooting steps which may help:

Try the page on a different device, to determine whether the problem is common to all devices (computers, tablets and phones) or just your device.

If the problem seems to be just on your device:-

  • Temporarily disable any adblocker extensions you may have installed to your browser.

  • Since many issues can be caused by saved browsing data, you should try clearing your browser cache next.

  • If this doesn't work, then we also recommend trying again while using a private (incognito) browser window.

  • If you're still having issues, then it's important to make sure that your browser is up to date, running the most recent available version. So please try to update your browser next.

  • If an updated browser doesn't resolve the issue, the next step is to try a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox

The course videos are not loading.

Some courses include videos within lectures. If a video in a lecture is not loading or playing correctly, it could indicate issues with your browser, device, or connection.
If the video was directly uploaded to the lecture, you can lower the playback quality to improve loading speed by clicking the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the video player.

If video playback issues continue, we recommend trying to update your browser or view the videos in a different browser. Additionally, you can contact the school owner to see if there are any issues with the video upload itself.
