Try to enrol again at https://app.decplay.com/beginner-checkout and try each of the following, to see if it solves the problem.
  1. 3D secure issue
    Try to enrol again and check your phone to see if your bank sends you a '3D secure' code by SMS text or email, to check that it is you who is making the payment. 
  2. Check card details
    Double check your payment details to ensure that all credit card information and billing details are correct and the card hasn't expired or been reported as lost
  3. Different card
    Try a different card
  4. PayPal
    Press the 'PayPal' button at the checkout, to pay using a PayPal account or to enter your card details if you don't have a PayPal account.
