The first thing to try is refreshing your browser.
If this doesn't work, try turning your device off and on again.
If this doesn't work, try the page on a different device, to determine whether the problem is common to all devices (computers, tablets and phones) or just the one you were using.
If the problem seems to be just on your device, try the following:
Temporarily disable any adblocker extensions you may have installed to your browser.
Since many issues can be caused by saved browsing data, you should try clearing your browser cache next.
If this doesn't work, then we also recommend trying again while using a private (incognito) browser window.
If you're still having issues then it's important to make sure that your browser is up to date, running the most recent, available version. So please try to update your browser next.
If an updated browser doesn't resolve the issue, the next step is to try a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
If you are using Microsoft Edge, issues could be related to the security settings on the tablet / device. If so, go to Settings whilst on the internet, click on 'Privacy' then 'Search' then 'Services' then click the panel called 'Balance'.
To return to the original view, try each of the following steps to see if any of them resolve the issue:
On your browser, Zoom out
Log out of the course and log back in again
Try a different browser
Try turning your device off and on again
Check your browser is the up to date version
- When you login at https://courses.decplay.com/login you should see the course home page with images for the courses. Click on a course image to inside the course and see the lessons.
- To move to another course from inside a different course, click the DecPlay logo to return to the course home page and click the image of the course you wish to view.
