If any of your monthly payments have failed, it could be that your card details need to be updated in our system.  To update your card details, follow one of the two following sets of instructions, depending on when you joined DecPlay:



IF YOU JOINED BEFORE 26TH NOVEMBER 2024

To update your credit card details:

1) Go to https://decplay.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/ and enter your email address 
(the address used when you registered for the course)

2) You will be sent an email with a link to access the Student Account Update page

3) Click the link and select the 'Update my info' option to update your credit card details.  
(The link takes you straight to the secure webpage - no need to remember your username or password).


IF YOU JOINED AFTER 26TH NOVEMBER 2024

To update your credit card details:

1) Log into the new course platform (instructions at https://decplay.com/login/ )

2) Click on the icon top right (usually shows the initial of your first name) and select 'Manage your account'

3) Select 'Billing and Subscriptions'

4) You will be emailed a one time passcode (OTP) - check your email and enter the passcode on the website

5) Update your card details
