If your system shows an error when you try to send us emails or can't receive emails from us, it is likely that your email program thinks our email address is spam.
If you’re not receiving our emails or they’re going into your spam/junk folder, follow these simple steps to make sure you don’t miss important messages from DecPlay.
1️⃣ Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Sometimes emails get sent to spam by mistake. Here’s how to find them:
• Gmail – Open Gmail, click “Spam” in the left menu, and look for emails from us.
• Outlook/Hotmail – Go to “Junk Email” on the left-hand side and check for our emails.
• BT Internet, Yahoo, or AOL – Look for “Spam” or “Junk” in your email folders.
If you find our email there, click on it and move it to your Inbox.
2️⃣ Mark Our Emails as Safe
Once you find our email, tell your email provider that it’s not spam:
• Gmail – Open the email and click “Not spam” at the top.
• Outlook/Hotmail – Click the email, then click “It’s not junk” or “Mark as safe.”
• Yahoo/BT Internet/AOL – Open the email and select “Not Spam” or “Add to Contacts.”
3️⃣ Add DecPlay to Your Contacts
Adding our email addresses to your contacts helps ensure you always receive our messages:
• Open one of our emails.
• Click on our email address.
• Select “Add to Contacts” (or “Add to Safe Senders” if you see that option).
• Save the contact.

4️⃣ Move Our Emails to Your Inbox (Gmail users)
If you use Gmail and our emails are in the “Promotions” or “Spam” folder, you can move them to your main inbox:
• Find our email in Promotions or Spam.
• Drag it to the Inbox.
• When a message appears saying, “Do this for future messages?” – Click “Yes.”
